Shipping Information
In-stock items are generally shipped within one business day after the receipt of your order. We ship via UPS Ground Service or by US Postal Service Priority Mail (we reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping). For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 days from the day we ship. You will be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 shipping to continental US addresses. For all other orders, shipping rates are shown below:

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be notified of the applicable shipping charges prior to the shipment of your order. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to offer gift wrapping for a nominal charge of $3.
Sales Tax
We charge 8.75% sales tax on orders shipping to destinations within California. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipping to destinations outside of California.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the shipment date. The item must be returned to us in the original and unused condition and with original packaging. Items may be exchanged or refunded back to the purchaser’s credit card. We cannot issue a refund to a gift recipient. Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us first at

For local customers, returns may be made at Pelago located at 6134 Medau Place in Montclair Village, Oakland. Returns will be accepted within the store for exchange or store credit only.
Damage Claims
Claims on items received broken or damaged must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Please inspect your purchases immediately. Please notify us at
info@pelagogifts.com with any damage claims.
